A select number of properties will be invited to join the collection in any given destination. By limiting the number of properties we ensure that each of our rental partners receives the exposure and attention they deserve.

Every property is different and could be your Villa, Apartment, Houseboat or everything in between. The properties in the Top Select Visit Collection are for example owned by a frequent traveler or a family that is often away for weeks. They welcome guests to stay while they are gone. Other properties are primary homes or second homes that are rarely occupied. Rest assured, property-owners’ personal items will be stored away and any storage areas will be marked for private use.

The first step is to get in touch with our Home Owner Consultant team and they guide you through our services, When deciding if your property is a good fit, our team will explain our services and discuss your personalized management fee. If you choose to move forward our Market Manager will provide a listing agreement to sign. We’ll also request access to the property to confirm permits, clean, do an initial inspection.
